The overall perceived sound coloration these KRK’s apply to the signal is more severe than a quick glance at the graph might suggest. Everything is good balanced from stereo panorama to frequency response even with Mackie Onyx Blackjack. I found that performers liked both KRK models for overdubs (split 50/50 between KNS 6400 and KNS 8400). Listening to the ProAcs, it feels as though there are live performers playing in the room, and I remember having something of this feeling listening to the NAD HP50's when they were new.

I also play synthesizers etc and they seem to give a very clean soudn when plugged directly into the synth (some reason my Roland Duo Capture USB audio interface gives noise, never figured that out). AIAIAI TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ Headphones Empowering music creators with the freedom to create wirelessly, TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ features W+ link with ultra-low latency and uncompressed audio, Bluetooth 5. Being largely made of plastic, the 8400s are also very light, and both factors help to make them very comfortable in physical terms. While its low-end response is not thunderous, it still accurately provides a sense of depth and it does so cleanly… for engineers and musicians who want an accurate sonic depiction of what they are putting down, the KNS 8400 is up to the task.Their impact-resistant plastic construction makes them lightweight, yet durable, and with their field-replaceable parts, including the pads and cable, they are in it for the long haul. There purports to be a frequency response chart in eCoustics review of the 8402's here: https://www. Since they’re so comfortable, and so well suited for a variety of uses, both in and out of the studio–tracking, editing, mixing, general listening–they’ll quickly become your favourite headphones! Let me say straight away that in this respect, at least to my ears, the KNS 8400's perform brilliantly.

Though built with transparency and honest reproduction in mind, the closed back design and upgradable cable lengths make them well suited to tracking and editing, or any situation where isolation is important. With a maximum SPL of 124 dB, they’re capable of providing all the level you’ll ever need while remaining clear and detailed sounding, with very low distortion. Designed as a durable, adaptable pair of studio headphones, the KNS 8400 can be used in a whole range of studio situations. The KRK KNS 8400 Headphones allow you to accurately enjoy your music with the consistent voicing philosophy and honest reproduction top producers, studio musicians, performers and engineers have come to trust. While they can't complete in terms refinement or natural sound in comparison to expensive hi-fi headphones, this is surely beside the point.
